Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers genuinely appreciate the unique opportunity to discover, explore, and test a wide variety of interesting new products across multiple useful household categories completely for free. People frequently mention that the digital platform is extremely user friendly, making the daily application process remarkably smooth, simple, and entirely straightforward.
However, some customers also noted frustrating individual experiences involving not receiving their chosen items while continuing to receive automated reminders for feedback. A few reviewers additionally suggested practical improvements regarding the general timeframe for requesting feedback and the overall participant approval timeline.
very hard for you to get to try a product. Your reviews will get deleted even if you posted it cos you really liked the product.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are finding the interface difficult to navigate and that it has been tough to secure product samples. We are constantly working on updates to make the platform smoother and fairer for everyone.
Regarding your deleted review—we want to clarify that we never delete reviews simply because a user likes a product. However, the platform does have automated filters that flag and remove posts if they accidentally trigger specific formatting or security rules.
We want to help look into why your review was removed and check on your profile status. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so our team can investigate this for you.

Being one of a honest reviewer in Try and Review is the most exciting and happy part of my life as mom because I'm lucky to try products and help other people choose what's best for them and because of my honest reviews I love hearing that they have the interest to buy those products that I've tried. I will promise to be most honest reviewer in Try and Review
I never expected that I will receive a free product to try on. I just have to review it and give my real experience about it. And the application to try the product is easy and not hard. I hope to try more products to review in the future.

I am very sorry for the frustration and the lack of updates regarding your missing product.
We located your support ticket from July 7th. Because delivery updates can take some time to process with our logistics partners, our team had initially advised waiting 7–10 business days. However, we completely understand your concern given the lack of news since then.
Please be assured that we have just escalated your case directly with our support management team. We are actively investigating where your shipment is and will send an update directly to your email.
Best regards,

SG, Been a long time user of this website.
Currently a preferred user as I write many reviews, so it's easy to get chosen for products.
Just be honest and use the items to the best of your ability, take decent pictures and appreciate the products for what it is.
If you're too lazy and just want free stuff, this is not for you. You'll get blacklisted for 6 months for not writing a review of the item.
You don't have to have experience or be a pro at this, you learn on the job. Just be honest and follow the instructions and you'll enjoy using this website for a long time.
Try & Review offers many opportunities to test out a wide range of products, with the opportunity to provide real feedback— positive or not— that can benefit other consumers.

I have been using Try and Review for some time now and have had a very positive experience with the platform.
What I appreciate most is the opportunity to try out various products from reputable brands completely free of charge. The campaign registration process is straightforward and easy to follow. Once I receive a product, I simply use it and write an honest review based on my experience.
The website interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Campaign details are clearly presented, making it easy to understand participation requirements and program timelines. The notification system works effectively, ensuring I never miss out on new campaigns.
I also value the fact that Try and Review encourages genuine feedback rather than demanding only positive comments. This allows brands to gain useful insights for product improvement while providing consumers with a reliable source of information.
I am also very pleased with the Try and Review support team; whenever I have a question, I receive a prompt and enthusiastic response.
Overall, Try and Review is a reliable platform for anyone who enjoys trying new products and sharing their thoughts. I look forward to seeing a wider variety of campaigns in the future and will certainly continue using the platform.
It was an honor to try the product first before consumers hand. The Company really helps to promote and share what is needed to enhance and how to promote the products. The Personal Experience of a first time user will do help on how to advertise the Products.
