Over 6 weeks I received 2 delayed responses from customer service telling me to be patient! This is clearly a scam . They shoud not be allowed to advertise in Instagram or anyplace else.
I ordered 2 pair of leggings at $60.00 for 2, for a total of $120.00. I have NEVER reviewed the products and cannot get them to respond to my request for a refund. I have contacted them many times but now they have stopped responding. I only have the email address but cannot get the address or a phone number. NEVER deal with this company. They are total frauds
Update FYI: my bank refunded my money after I answered their questions about the 2 leggings I bought that were delivered to the wrong address - their customer service sent me a photo of the pkg in front of the wrong address but did not respond to my email stating that...this was my original review of them: I wish I had come here, to Trust Pilot before ordering 2 leggings from this "company" I never would have ordered with all their negative reviews here - from now on I know to always check here before ordering from an unknown company.
Never received anything from this company yet they claimed they delivered my products back on July 1st Emails to this company go answered by bots that make no sense. Actually texting with this company on their website they asked for an additional $5.00 to have a representative call me. I have never been so insulted by this poor business behavior. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. They were supposed to arrive by the 26th of July. They have not arrived and, they sent me a request for a review, which was a NO-REPLY email. It appears I was scammed. Several weeks have gone by. Difficult to claim fraud now for $24.00. I will never order from them again.
Spam site. They actually had the unmitigated gall to ask me for my review with pictures. I sent back the following review along with a black blank screen. The reason the photo is blank is because I have no product ! ! ! I ordered several different pair on June 23rd. This is July 29th and I still have no product. I received notification that my order was supposedly shipped and nothing came. I tried the tracking number and it couldn't be tracked neither on the link you sent me nor on other tracking sites. I sent an email explaining that I could not use the number supplied and received a second number which also couldn't be tracked neither from the link nor on other tracking sites. So yes, I dislike everything about this. As far as I'm concerned you are a spam site and I will be saying that on your site and anywhere else I can think of.

Ordered 2 tank tops on June 19th. Still haven't gotten them. I did receive an email from USPS saying a package will not be delivered because it had counterfeit postage on it. Have not contacted USPS yet but as many of you stated that company has no reply on emails, etc. But this stupid company keeps sending me emails to review their product. Whaaat? I believe this company to be a scam and everyone should stay away!

I'm trying to trace this order but I don't see any current updates. I need to know when am I suppose to receive this order. I ordered two tank tops on June 22nd. According to tracking information it was delivered on July 14th. I contacted support multiple times while in transit with no response. When it was supposedly delivered, it must have gone to the wrong address. Trysoviren still hasn't responded.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Both email addresses for customer support are returned as Undeliverable. "Your call cannot be completed as dialed" when I call the phone number for customer service. Don't buy from them! Bad customer service; they don't live up to their return policy! The items took a very long time, so I purchased elsewhere for much less $. The Trysoviren leggings finally arrived and I didn't even open the package to try them on ... still new and unopened. My first request for return (July 1st) was answered with a VERY SMALL refund offer, but it wouldn't have been close to covering my cost, so I counter-offered (as they suggested in the email, that they would consider) the same day, with what I believed to be fair. I didn't hear back so I wrote again (July 3rd) and again (July 8) ... email is the only way to reach them! still haven't heard back (it's been 2 weeks since original correspondence) so it's safe to assume, I won't hear back at all. Stuck with overpriced Rachelwear leggings, which can be bought cheaper elsewhere ... don't buy through Trysoviren!!
The product I purchased does not fit as promised. I have repeatedly tried to reach them to get a refund and have had no response. I do not know that they actually have a customer service. They do not have a phone number to reach them.
