Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. I ordered compression leggings in June. They did not show up for over a month, so I contacted customer service. They replied that the product had been delivered according to their records. I responded that it had not and that our address receives several packages a week. They said they would forward my concern and get a replacement sent out. It has been almost four months, and still no product. I have sent several emails to them requesting my product with no reply. Do not order from this company unless you want to kiss your money good-bye.
I have tried to cancel this order fir several times. But I'm still being billed. Would you please CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AS OF NOW. This is a great product but enough is enough.

Ordered the new product for halloween, which they have now on the Shop. Instead of Pumpkin, which and skelettons 160cm i get 3 skelettons max 30cm ... hmm don't trust them. And the communication is also not satisfied. No answer...
This is the worse company I have ever ordered from. I order on June 8th and have never received my order. I have sent a number of emails requesting a refund sent the order never arrived. No response but keep sending emails to order other products. NO WAY would I order from them again!!!!
Not to trust what you see online ads for this company
I purchased five of these tops although the company was very good at replying to my emails as the delivery took over a month to get here. I’ve emailed them twice about returning the products and I still have not heard back from them to say that substandard is an understatement. They are simply cut out from material with no hemming and no flexibility where the actual bra is in the top everywhere else is stretchy but the bra is a fixed size. The sizing is so far wrong. It’s not funny. I went one size up as they recommended and I cannot even get the product on. I’ve walked past many products like this in Kmart for much less price and I could’ve had them so much sooner. I’m hoping that they still come through with the two emails I have sent for the request to send the products back I hope after doing this email they reach out but I think I’m living in hope 
The products which you get is far away from the description. Absoluty rip-off. No more again. This shop has to get closed. Take care for the Halloween stuff..
Purchased thru Facebook. Was expensive, took forever to arrive and when did looked nothing like it did online. Most of parts were falling off; is a quarter of the size that it showed online and was mounted on a piece of styrofoam.
Product finally arrived after I sent several emails over 2-3 months. Guess where it came from.
The shirt arrived and it was paper-thin flimsy, and way too small after following the size guide for the US.
When you see clothing on FB be very wary as there is no way to see where it is shipping from. Even if the site has an American name such as Brooks Family of Santa Barbara, China. No return policy because according to them, they have no distribution centers in the US and the cost of a return is on the customer who wishes to exchange or return items.
Don’t trust Trysoviren.

Luckily Amex block my payment as per my request. They tried deducting again 08.09.26 but Amex declined their request
This is definitely a fraudulent company. I as others have stated, Trysoviren claimed that my package was delivered successfully. I didn't receive the package and emailed them to tell them, and I asked to know what delivery service they used, and for proof of delivery. I emailed several times but no response. 76.59 down the drain. It's not recoverable by the bank if you used your card to make the purchase. This doesn't fall under fraudulent activity.
I wish I could give “0” stars! Trysoviren sucks!! Do NOT purchase from them. Totally bogus China company!! They insisted that they delivered to “an individual”, a month ago. Well, it was not THIS individual!! Now today a got an email saying the delivery was delayed due to the holidays! In August??? And they had the audacity to ask for a customer review on the products. (This is the 2nd or 3rd request) hard to review an item that was not received! I filed a formal complaint with PayPal (how I purchased) & asked that they flag this bogus company & requested a full refund, but the company refused because they said it was delivered! STAY AWAY FROM TRYSOVERIN!! They are nothing but a rip off!! And should be banned from advertising in the US. Grrrrrr
Frustrating experience trying to process an exchange for a different size. Their size chart indicated that a size 14 top was a size XXL, so that is the size I ordered. I saw the return address was London, England, and any time I've ordered something from there I always had to size up. However, the tops were gigantic! More like a size 18 or 20. I immediately sent an email to their customer service address and it was returned as undeliverable. I found another email address and that message, too was undeliverable. After receiving a feedback request message from them I replied with my issue and request for exchange. It took them several days to respond and we went back and forth a number of times, with me enclosing photos of the unworn, new items in their packaging with the size showing as they requested. I finally got a message from them after going back and forth for weeks that if I wanted a full refund I had to pay shipping to return the items to CHINA! They offered me a $12 compensation to keep the items. I sent them a counteroffer and am waiting for response.
They accepted my counter offer and promptly refunded that amount
I ordered two tank tops end of June and never received! According to the tracking number it claims that the package was delivered and handed off to someone at my house July 18th. That is pure BS because I was home that day and received zero packages. I have emailed the company several times with no response! Total SCAM!
I placed my order over six weeks ago. Tracking info (from some obscure shipping company) indicates that the package was delivered to my post office two weeks ago. It was not there. The local post master said he has had similar complaints from Chinese-based companies providing fake delivery/tracking info.
I’m writing this review to warn others that this company is a bogus company. I haven’t received my order that was placed a month ago. Tracking is a bunch of false numbers that states delivered and I have contacted my post office and they can’t find any package delivered to my address yet it says handed off to a person. Lies lies and more lies. No way to track, no way to contact as phone number is a bad number, email address is a bad email. Do not purchase from them. They are a rip off company. Took me for over $50 Beware…..
If I could give less than one, I definitely would quickly this company took money out of my account in a blink of an eye, and I am still without product. I have been trying to send emails asking where my order is. What’s going on and I get zero returns. This is weeks and weeks of no response no information. This is ridiculous.

I ordered two pair of leggings but never received.
I ordered two pair of leggings, spent over $60. I waited for 6 weeks but they never came. They asked me to give a review, but I never received them. They claimed the USPS delivered them but there is no record. I've contacted them half a dozen times but no response. They are a total ripoff!
