I would give Zero stars if I could
Frustrating experience trying to process an exchange for a different size. Their size chart indicated that a size 14 top was a size XXL, so that is the size I ordered. I saw the return address was London, England, and any time I've ordered something from there I always had to size up. However, the tops were gigantic! More like a size 18 or 20. I immediately sent an email to their customer service address and it was returned as undeliverable. I found another email address and that message, too was undeliverable. After receiving a feedback request message from them I replied with my issue and request for exchange. It took them several days to respond and we went back and forth a number of times, with me enclosing photos of the unworn, new items in their packaging with the size showing as they requested. I finally got a message from them after going back and forth for weeks that if I wanted a full refund I had to pay shipping to return the items to CHINA! They offered me a $12 compensation to keep the items. I sent them a counteroffer and am waiting for response. They accepted my counter offer and promptly refunded that amount
