While an email confirming the backorder was sent at the time of purchase, it may have ended up in your junk folder. We received your voicemail on Thursday after working hours and were waiting on an update from the manufacturer. We now have the expected shipping details, which were sent to you this morning. To make up for the inconvenience, we've refunded your shipping charge. We truly appreciate your patience, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We strive for excellent customer service and are truly sorry you were not immediately contacted. We are always working to improve.
