First order and was happy with the quick ship time. Also, giftee loved the color and fit of the hoodie, and the added complimentary tee sent. I found your online store whilst searching for Allmade clothing. The purchase from order to delivery was great, and I'm sure to be a repeat customer. Thanks so much.

Arrived quickly, polo shirts were just as advertised.

They did not know what stock they had and then told me they would send a cap for free. Now I’m being invoiced for the “free” cap. They seem to be missing internal communications and are not aware of what their business is doing. Follow up: They contacted me and made things right. They do try hard.

Gary, we're very sorry to hear about the confusion with your order. After looking into your account, we found that there was an open credit memo that should have been applied to your invoice. We've corrected that, voided the payment that was processed today, and confirmed that you were also refunded for the three items on June 17, 2026. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right, and we truly appreciate your business.

Review has been updated
Ordered this jacket over 20 days ago. Still has not arrived. I have called and emailed and received no response. Poor customer service. Update: Seller reached out and was sincerely concerned and resolved issue very promptly. I have received the jacket and totally love it. Will order from them again based on this current customer service.
