App charges you and then when you pay they tell you they can not make your song due to copyright issues. I was charged twice when I tried to cancel it. And was denied a refund. Will be performing a charge back on my capital one card.
It's a scam website. Asks you to create a workflow eg add music, create a prompt, then wants you to sign in saying you get free credits. Then you sign in. Then says free credits insufficient. Wants you to sign up for a hobby plan to buy credit. You pay 9.50$ for a hobbyist plan. Guess what. The credits aren't sufficient for the very first request you made before signing up for 'free' account. Asks you to upgrade to pro plan. Imagine paying 9.5$ and not being able to even deliver 1 piece of music. Shameless people who don't even have a proper customer care. Been waiting for hours on their discord channel.
AI SCAM.Money taken/No product delivered. It fails every basic Musical Test, instruments wrong, cannot follow basic prompts/instructions. breaks dow constantly. does not deliver a musical product. One person [Tobi] running a faulty platform. You have been warned
When you contact customer service, Tobi replies...who is supposedly the creator, Tobi Akinyemi. He is rude and tries to blame you for issues. THIS IS EXACTLY why his business will fail. He has no basic communication skills and treats customers poorly...no wonder TwoShot has such bad reviews.
Testing Twoshot the first time with free credits, the AI results were nice - it produced some nice EDM tracks and the chat was nice. I thought is was a professional and fair AI platform.
Today I started a monthly membership (plan with 1500 points/month). Added a song demo for further processing, with clear instructions. Twoshot swallowed more than 800 credits of the 1500 credits during the little communication, and a delivered a result of bad creativity and poor audio quality.
So I can't recommend this service at all.
This company do not abide by their own terms of service. Be very careful because if you ask for a refund under their terms and conditions they refuse and in my friend in the USA's case they then updated those terms and conditions.
Beware: Company Refuses Refund Despite Meeting Terms
I want to share my experience with Twoshot LTD to help others avoid the same situation and frustration.
I purchased their subscription service and carefully followed the Terms of Service (TOS) at the time, which clearly stated That users who did not download any content other then audio previews would be eligible for a refund. I met these conditions — I only generated stems from my own material and did not download any content (including the stems that were created) — and canceled the subscription shortly after due to dissatisfaction with the service.
However, when I requested the refund I was entitled to under their stated policy, the company refused. After raising the issue, they updated their Terms of Service to introduce new restrictions that weren’t present when I subscribed. This retroactive change felt deeply unfair and misleading.
I filed a formal complaint and attempted to resolve the issue through payment providers, submitting evidence that I complied with the original terms. Unfortunately, because the platform and payment processors do not enforce accountability for merchants violating their own policies, Twoshot LTD refused to honor their original refund policy.
I’m posting this to warn others to be cautious when dealing with Twoshot LTD. If you're not a UK resident, you may not be protected under UK consumer laws, and U.S. regulators do not typically intervene with foreign merchants.
I strongly recommend seeking alternatives — preferably companies that operate with transparency and honor the terms of service they present at the time of purchase.
I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.
Update: After my initial experience, I also requested that Twoshot LTD delete my account and all personal data under applicable privacy laws. Despite following up multiple times, my account remains active, and my request has not been honored. This raises further concerns about their handling of user data and respect for privacy rights.
I’m updating this review to reflect that my concerns extend beyond just a refund issue. If you care about how your personal data is managed — especially if you're not located in the UK — please be cautious.
