Costumer service is rude and useless

UBIA UBISOFT VIDEO DOORBELL V10_F37XTP_09

Purchased video doorbell V10_F37XTP_09. It has broke after few months - there is no sound recorded/transmitted from outside and I can not listen on mobile what people outside say. Approached upport (at) ubia.cn asking for help. They only returned to me with question whether I use SN card or cloud for storage. Answered and despite of 3 further chase-up emails - they never get back to me with supoort. Doorbell is an utter rubbish! Poor video quality, unreliable network connection (being located 4-5 metres in straight line away from router!), The video keep breaking. It's has a massive lag between what is outside to what you see and also in notifying movement detected (your postman will long gone away from door by the time you get notification) DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH PRODUCT! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
