Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the shoes extremely comfortable, lightweight, stylish, and perfect for long walks or everyday travel. Many people deeply appreciate the unique color combinations and receive frequent compliments when wearing their favorite pairs out. Some reviewers were not happy with sizing inconsistencies, poor material quality, and unexpected difficulties with product returns. A few other people also felt that certain pairs were far too tight, poorly manufactured, or fell apart after minimal regular use. Customers frequently mentioned frustration when trying to exchange improperly fitting footwear or managing problematic return processes.

And they won't refund my money for a month. Blaming it on the bank. Will not give me a person to talk to. Their business practices are unethical at a minimum and more likely illegal.
Purchased a pair of Passport Bartello II Women - Size 8 they were tight. Paid $9.95 for shipping to exchanged for the Grass Green Toledo VI Women 8.5. Even worse! Wore them one day and got black and blue on my toenails. Please do not buy these shoes they are of cheap quality and very high price. I tried exchanging but not worth it, I purchased 3 different shoes online and it was a nightmare. I gave up not ever buying UIN shoes.
Never again will I buy a pair of shoes from this company, which is very unfortunate because I really like the ones I have, and I have about 4 pair, with 3, I am unable to return. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them and request a return, but never hear back from them.
Shoes are so comfy! I have 3 pairs now!! I can wear them all day. I love how unique they are.
I received a pair of shoes that I do not want. They are too large and I do not like the fit. I have about 5 pairs of UIN shoes and have gotten others to order based on how much they like mine. But returning shoes is impossible. I have 2 pair I can not even wear because there is no way to return them.
I love these shoes. They are comfortable and perfect for travel. I receive so many compliments when I wear them.
I just love the shoes. They are very comfortable. The sneakers are very comfortable. I love the artwork. These are now my go to shoes brand. Not only do i wear them in the hospital, but iy and about as well. I get more compliments on them. They are my second pair.
Your shoes are so durable and well made you can feel it in every step . Lifetime customer. Thank you .
Every day mail for special offers etc. Unsubscribed and contacted the customerservice. Answer: sorry for the inconvenience etc. We've taken you of our mailinglist. But the mails are still coming. Very annoying. This is ging on for about 3 months
I have at least 10 pairs. I did have to make some returns, and I did have a problem with one pair. All were dealt with really well. The shoes have actually been transformative for my walking. I find them quite expensive but also I love the quirky artwork!
I have several pairs and I love these shoes. Besides being fun they are comfortable and true to size. I get so many compliments when I am wearing my UIN!
Love the designs and comfort. Able to wear the shoes all day! The price is right too!
They are great shoes for style, comfort and support.
I am on my third pair of these shoes. They are incredibly comfortable, and they pack so easily in my carry-on.
I ordered boots last August 2 but I didn’t receive my order. The name of the online store is De uin footwear. I tried to send them emails but no reply yet. I have a feeling it’s a scam site but still waiting for response.
I order something that never arrived, and for now I am on procedure to get my money back ! Don't trust this site !
Their shoes are great. Their customer service is condescending and unhelpful. I ordered a size 9 in one shoe, and I received a 9 1/2. When I asked for a refund or an exchange, I was provided with a useless sizing chart indicating that because my shoes were coming from Japan, EU sizes applied, and--according to their charts--there is no 9 in EU sizing. Can't get a refund for the shoes because I lost the tracking number, although I paid for them AND sent them back. Another pair I ordered were the wrong size (my fault), and I lost my money on those as well due to said tracking number issue. So I'm out over $200, and I don't have any shoes to show for it. Worst customer service/return policy I have ever dealt with. I will never buy from this company again.
I have been buying from U IN footwear for years and they never disappoint. Footwear is well made and material is long lasting, good quality. Will keep buying for friends and family.
I ordered a pair of UIN Shoes on March 25, 2025. I paid $95. I never received the shoes. UIN shipping service informed them that the order was lost. Their customer service said I would received a refund and a free pair of shoes. I keep getting emails from them saying it will take 20 days to receive the refund. It is now July 10, 2025 and I have not received my refund or shoes. They closed my inquiry without my permission. My bank nor credit card company has never received my money back. BEWARE.
