For shoes that cost between 300-500 euros, alle of mine (i have 5 pairs) the heel part inside the shoe has broken really quick. And the sizes vary from model to model. Its in the lack of other companys who make cool shoes with a wide toebox i have used UIN. But the quiality does not match the price, and i think they are really taking advantage of the fact that there are allmost none other companies that make nice shoes with wyde toe boxes. Another minus is that their so called wintershoes does not have pattern underneath to make them functional on snow and ice.
As many others, I have noted a decline in both product quality and customer service. I have five pairs of UIN shoes, several being worn for years. Since I have "Mediterranean feet," size 7.5 (38) fit me perfectly. The fifth pair, ordered in the same size, skimped on fabric and the elastic wedge, making them much harder to get on and overly tight. I am going to spend extra money to see if I can make these fit better with a new elastic wedge. I wrote twice to inform UIN that their Chinese manufacturer was skimping on materials and that they should follow up. Not even a "Thanks, we'll look into this." A second follow-up, mildly threatening a bad review, also had no response. So, here I am writing, a poor review.
This is a terrible vendor to deal with. Despite their online terms stating orders can be canceled within 2 days, they do NOT honor this. They have provided incorrect and false information countless times regarding their polices and have passed me off to Amazon. Amazon will not back them. The entire situation is a waste of time and effort. DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR!!!
Stay away from this company! They have deceiving practices. Their exchanges and returns are not "free" they make them as difficult as possible, and they have a systematic delayed answers and returns. Typical practice for a disreputable company. I wish I have read their reviews sooner.

Love UIN shoes although they are very expensive. comfortable until i bought the sandals . so tight across the foot the velcro doesnt even meet. so returning.... but that isn't a case of asking for a label on line and sending them back ---Its all on the customer. NOT a returns policy that favours my future custom.
I ordered my first shoe and loved how soft and light it was! I never had any issue with it and got a bunch of comments how beautiful it was. I told them about you and a couple of my friends ordered a well. My 2nd order was for 2 shoes, one was a perfect fit, and the other one a little tight. I decided to return it for a refund and the refund only took a day! I love the color and design of the one I kept. I will check for new designs and will order again. Your costumer service is excellent and I will keep on telling friends about you!
Disappointing Durability for the Price
I purchased these shoes 13 months ago and expected them to last much longer based on the price and the way they were marketed. Unfortunately, they began falling apart just over a year of normal use.
The sole started separating from the upper, and the materials have noticeably degraded. These shoes were not worn daily or used for heavy labor—just regular, 156 days out of 365 days work wear. For footwear advertised as well-made and durable, this level of breakdown in such a short time is unacceptable.
At this price point, I would expect shoes to hold up for several years, not barely make it past a year. I’m disappointed in the quality and would not purchase this brand again unless durability significantly improves.

Uin Mermaid Shoes drew compliments every time I wear them. -and they are SO comfortable! I have a difficult time finding casual shoes with good arch support, and these shoes are outstanding. They were immediately comfortable right out of the box. I walk a lot (2-5 miles in my city) and reach my destination in comfort. They sre very lightweight, sturdy, and the price quite reasonable for a shoe I rely on all the time! Many cute patterns to select from.
Onerous return policy requiring many awkward and time-consuming steps including emailing them to request a return, the requirement of sending them pictures and tracking number of return shipment on shipping. Clearly intended to discourage returns even when shoes don't fit.
