My son has ordered shorts from this company for a holiday. They didn't arrive on time and still haven't arrived. He ordered them on 27 June! Evri are saying they have lost them so may not be ROMWE fault but I emailed them on 18 July to tell them and no response to email, no shorts and no refund! Still waiting. Customer service not good, non existent.
I was drawn in by the cheap but beautiful looking clothes. However, in reality the quality is very cheap and the clothes don't fit very well. For example, one wrap dress looks pretty enough but the material feels cheap, and when I walk the dress opens up to show my underwear! It also has a crazy low neckline that would require a very large chest (but still a small waist) to fill! Another dress I bought shrunk immediately in the wash, and several already have the stiching coming loose. Also - I ordered one bandeau top and they wouldn't let me get a refund as it was classed as a 'bra' All in all I guess you get what you pay for, but I think it's a shame that the low price encourages things you wear once or twice and then throw away
Yes, the clothes are cheap and some are nice enough for the price, although I end up sending the majority back, however I won't order again after today. I received a dress that stunk really strongly of someone else's sweat. And I mean, badly. As soon as I opened it, it filled my room, first thing in the morning. Call me fussy but I prefer coffee... I went to check the tag and it had been badly and clearly reattached. I messaged Romwe for a refund, sent a photo of the tag and said I was throwing it in the washing machine. It was either the washing machine or the trash, I wasn't going to further infest my room with that while waiting for their reply. It wasn't something they could resell, so I took for granted they wouldn't want to pay postage to have it back and throw it in the bin, might as well wash it. You would think at a time when we're sanitise our hands every 20 minutes and told not to to hug grandad I'd get a sincere apology, maybe even something on top of the refund for my trouble, disgust and undesired contact with a stranger's bacteria... but all I got was "sorry but you have to return the item for a refund" like I found a bad stitch or a missing button. The item in question was about £7 worth and I took the trouble to wash it so I'm not sending it back without a laundry invoice. Will I get a refund? Who the hell cares, it's not the £7, it's the principle. And definitely after this experience, knowing how seriously they take hygiene and quality control, I won't be ordering again. Every time I open a parcel I'd be haunted by that pungent revolting smell and wonder what kind of bacteria I'm rubbing on my skin. No thanks. Never again.
Ladies long socks ordered ... arrived damaged with holes in both legs. Impossible to return or contact customer service .... I tried for over an hour going round in loops!
I love this website, the sizinhg on certain clothes can be a bit iffy however most of the clothes sizing is okay. This is such a good affordable website!! I always order from here and they're always releasing new clothes.The delivery takes a week or so but it's worth it for the number of clothes you can get!!!!
It would be nice to see more of the clothing on models, but they do have a lovely range and their discounts are always great to see in my inbox.

I have never had a problem with anything purchased from the uk.romwe.com site, always recieve my items, and when I have had to return to things its easy. I will say this, do actually look at sizing info it helps a tonne! Also, take pictures of your items, you get points/discounts for iten reviews good or bad! Happy Shopping! -Talia, 23, Dorset
