Each and every time I have ordered from you it has been a god awful experience with shipping/delivery. The product itself isn’t bad. Needs to have tight QA because many of the shirts are inconsistent with the fit. Many will shrink to skin tight levels and they also look like shit after a few washes. Maybe I just got bad batches

I ordered the wrong size had opened one of six pairs of boxers. Washed them and found that they shrank enough to fit to snug. Contacted company and was given a return shipping label. Once they received the returned product they will send the corrected size back to me

The fit for a large is way off
The fit of the polo shirt leaves much to be desired. It would fit perfect if I was 6' tall and weighed 150 lbs. For a size large, it's tight through the middle, tight on the biceps, but way too long in the body.

Hemp and cotton and no plastic feels better!
The shirts are great so far! Hope that they don’t fade like cotton, but already I’ve notived they don’t harbor scents that poly does and there is something about having natural fiber against your skin. It just feels better and on some level my body isn’t trying to protect itself. Maybe that’s all in my head but natural fibers don’t feel caustic.

Cool(ing) Shirt
My shirt arrived quickly and was really comfortable right out of the box. As it has been really hot, I immediately noticed that I felt cooler than when wearing my previous polyester shirts.

So far, I love my underwear. They wear great, wash up nicely and, feel amazing while doing it. I am impatiently awaiting for my next order of the "balance" of my UnderDog Hemp inventory to arrive so I won't have to go a day without them.

Hoping I didn't get scammed
On 8/22 I placed a pre-order for shipping on 8/27. Today it's 9/5 and I still haven't received my order or any updates. The only communication I've received was when I reached out about my order. A bot reminded me that I had placed a pre-order and it would ship when my size was back in stock. No mention of the dates promised by their own website and no previous contact letting me know it would be longer than advertised. All around It's been an annoying experience. That coupled with the marketing strategy and constant "almost sold out" pitch feels a bit like a scam. If I had the product I could tell you whether or not the material is as described.
