Demanding reviews before product has shipped or arrived is weird and rude.

I haven't gotten my product in yet. And actually upon checking out it demanded me to review the lenses I hadn't even tried before they even shipped. At least wait until the package is confirmed at its destination before demanding a review. That's not very useful for either of us. I am planning to review the lenses once I receive them but not before!

I dont have receive the good products.

As a whole, your customer service is awesome. Never had any issues with you guys in the past, however i still haven’t received my order which was placed 2 weeks ago.

Would have given a better review but the only thing that’s a letdown is the super slow shipping process. Even after paying extra for rushed shipping it took 2 weekdays to actually ship it out and another 4 in customs alone then one more day to actually deliver the package. The contacts were great though.

Shipping is terrible

Shipping is unclear and said it would take up to 10 days. I ordered my item on the 2nd of December and now it’s the 1st of January.. and it’s still in Germany and i live in the USA... very disappointed.

Wig need alittle help

Your wigs need more hair and need to be made alittle better otherwise shipping was exactly 5 day si that was cool

I ordered some contacts on Nov 29 that said that would arrive in 15-20 days, it's now been 29 days and I don't have them. And the tracking information has only been updated 3 days since ordering them, very disappointed because I had many people recommended this company.

My package is taking a long time I’ve been waiting for I believe more then a 8 days I understand it’s Christmas things can be hectic but the tracker isn’t very clear with it just says the same thing the day I bought it ☹️

Contact lenses

The shipment was fast . , perfect. But the color were not what I wanted . In the video looks darker . But when i tried them , the color was very different. Thanks anyway

I originally loved Uniqso. However, over time I have had quite a few issues with lenses so my rating and opinion on them has changed a bit

I only got my contacts, not my wig. But it was of good quality what I did get.

Delivery is extremely slow and no updates on where the package is. I can't even get a detail search with the tracking number. I know the product will be good because I've ordered from this company before but unsatisfied with the delivery communication. Especially around the holidays

could not get sclera contacts in my eyes

I received the contacts in a timely manner, however I wasn’t able to get them into my eye unfortunately. Is it possible to get a refund?

I ordered 3 products and was not notified that 2 of the products I ordered were out of stock until after I purchased them thankfully they were quick to respond to my email about them and I was able to get change them out for a different color
