Hi Jewels, we're sorry you're unhappy with the outcome of your application, but you didn't use a real name, so we can't look at your file to see what the issue was. However, nowhere in our ads do we advertise that we don't look at your personal credit or run it. We have programs that are more weighted toward business performance, but every program requires a credit report to be pulled unless it's hard money, which we don't do. You also mention that we never responded, but in the following sentence, you say we did respond, letting you know that we can't facilitate financing because you have no personal credit. Unfortunately, just because someone is the bearer of bad news, it doesn't constitute them being mean to you. So, in essence, you misread something in an advertisement and then blamed us for it. As you can see, we've got over 1000 other excellent reviews, which display our commitment to good, honest customer service. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that anyone, even with a perfect credit score, could get funded, let alone someone with no credit. Again we are sorry with the outcome of your application and we hope you find the funds you’re looking for elsewhere.
