Hi Jochen, I'm glad we managed to help you get your device unlocked, Should you recommend our service further, I'm sure we will deliver the same quality and speedy service to others too, Please enjoy your new unlocked device, Kind regards, Andrei F.
Hi Mario, Thanks for sharing your experience here. We need to stay on top, offering high-quality customer support and speedy service. This is why we need explicit reviews like yours, so future customers will understand how the service works, Kind regards, Andrei F.

Hey Alberto, Please be advised that we always compensate for a registered delay by processing a partial refund. Please get in touch with our support department and they will gladly assist with this. Kind regards, Andrei F.

Hey Daniel, I'm glad everything worked out smoothly with your orders. This is what we expect also when processing our customers' orders. It will be a pleasure to help you more in case another opportunity will arise. Kind regards, Andrei F.

Hi there, We're always trying to deliver as promised or better than advertised. This is the only way to get people to use an online service with confidence. Kind regards, Andrei F.
Hi Ronnie, Thanks for sharing your experience here. As you're well aware, reviews are everything for an online service. Thanks for trusting us, please enjoy your new unlocked device, Kind regards, Andrei F.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your experience here, Indeed small delays may occur from time to time and we have this mentioned in our terms before placing the order. Please reach out to our support ([email protected]) and my colleagues will assist you accordingly. Kind regards, Andrei F.

Katherine, All the sensitive details that can make the order not eligible for a refund, are mentioned in the terms & conditions as well as on the website while you're placing the order. Thanks for your honest review but it has nothing to do with the reality. I'm sorry that we couldn't help more with your case. Kind regards, Andrei F.
Hey Kevin, Your positive review is highly appreciated, This is what we need to stay on top, with our services and offer stellar customer support. Please enjoy your new unlocked device, Kind regards, Andrei F.
