I will also explain why - You've purchased a service a few months ago with us, there was an issue which led to an unfortunate situation where our technician, indeed, was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Following on this with you, we tried to contact you and assist you in getting in touch with the technician to resolve this and get the service that you paid for. Unfortunately, we got no response from you. You were too focused to post a negative review, being aggressive and show the world what a bad company we are. TrustPilot did their job, fairly judged the review and removed it. You have been refunded at that time for the service that you purchased and you didn't purchase anything else with us.
