I ordered a pair of shoes that was available in my size in the webshop. Then I received a message that this was a fault in the storage, and I received my money back. A few days later i checked the shop again, the shoe was (still?) available, so I ordered again - same procedure, message with “sorry” and money back. Not a very smart business case IMHO.
No problems. Good shoes. My son, a carpenter apprentice, likes them a lot.
Fast delivery Very high quality
Good quality, fast service.
We ordert 1 Pair of shoes size 42. One shoe with the size 42 arrived, the other shoe was size 40 or smaler.
Thank you. Good shoes.
I ordered a safety shoes, but unfortunately it was small for me, I contacted customer service replying to me less than 12 hours and they will send me again a new one, Great customer service to be honest, shipping took time, but free can’t complain.
The shoes I ordered are great. Exactly what I imagen them to be. They are a bit smaller than my usual shoe size, so sizing up is definitely useful. The only negativ thing I can say is the longer delivery time. I wasn't expecting the delicvery to take almost 2 weeks.
The products are amazing! Comfortable, looks really great! The service answer very quickly and they are very helpful! They deserve 5 *! I recommend them! Was my pleasure to find them.
I was looking for shoes for a long time. I usually used proven brands I came across these shoes, beautifully made, I can't wait to wear them. I'm waiting for the shoes to be exchanged. very helpful service I highly recommend this brand of shoes
Fantastic company with great communication throughout i will definetley use them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Updated me on my delivery status and tracking and when we needed to return the shoes for a smaller size it was no trouble and another pair were sent out promptly. Safety shoes are very comfortable and great quality. Thank you
The shoes are very comfortable they fit great.
I needed to exchange my shoes for a smaller size and was worried about the returns timeframe and whether I'd be able to return the shoes on time to avoid any extra costs and/or being stuck with a product that was not useful to me and losing the price i paid. Then I was amazed to be told that I was being sent a replacement size without needing to send the wrong size back... so that: " a friend could also benefit" ! ... Wow...2 pairs for the price of one. Thank you Cade. Will definitely buy from you again and recommend. 🙏🙏🙏
