Terrible Customer Service – No Response or Shipment Confirmation
I had an extremely disappointing experience with UP2GLIDE. I placed an order on August 23, 2024 and have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information since then. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, including a message sent in September, I never received a response. After waiting for months with no updates and no communication, I was forced to file a complaint with my bank to request a chargeback. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against ordering from this store. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration and wasted time.
