How I wish I had thought to check here before I placed an order with this company. I could have saved myself $75 and a whole lot of trouble. The only thing that went right is how quickly they took my money. Things went downhill from there. It took 4 months for my order to arrive. First it was delivered to an address in the next town over. It took a visit to the post office to figure that out because all the company would tell me is “It was delivered!” Yeah, but not to me! I had to submit all this evidence to prove it to them. Finally, they shipped another batch, which was delivered today. What I received is NOTHING like what I ordered. It’s about one-fifth the size of what I ordered. Absolutely useless. I don’t have the energy to fight with them anymore. Shame on ME for not checking them out first. I should have known better. What a scam.
I ordered sunglasses from a social media ad from upliftjoy. I immediately regretted it & contacted the company within minutes to cancel the order. They said I couldn’t. They said to wait until I got them. 4 weeks later I finally received them & they were huge. Since then I’ve been trying to return them. They initially said it was difficult & expensive to return but they’d give me $3. I paid $35.33. It’s gradually gone up to $9. I sent them a copy of their return policy stating there was 14 days to cancel order. It also stated to call with any concerns.
I ordered a strapless bra over five weeks ago. I’ve never received it. I also paid extra for “ expedited.” Shipping. I contacted customer service. They gave me a completely different tracking number which I could not track. Told me that it had been delivered. It had not. They kept pushing back when I finally sent them the tracking number they had gave me which tracks some very sketchy website, they said they will look into it. It’s been four days and I haven’t heard anything nor do I expect to get this item. Do not buy from these people. Just donate the money because you’ll never get the item.
I really love the design of the raincatcher! In the video ad, the item appears to be quite a bit larger than in reality, so I was a bit disappointed. Also, the shipping time is long!!!
Tired of being ripped off by companies who immediately take your money and then have no intention of sending you anything
I never received my product, plus when I tried to contact them they stated that my package was delivered, but they delivered it to and unknown address that had nothing to do with my address. They just keep giving me the run around, l even sent them the billing and shipping label and they tell me something completely different, they sent me a address label with letters on top of letters where you couldn't even read what it said but when I send them mine it's clearly stated who its being mailed to and who paid for it, don't ever order anything from these people they're nothing but a rip off from the reviews I see no one ever gets their money back or their products. The Better Business Bureau needs to look into this company I don't like to be cheated or stolen from and that's exactly what they did to me they immediately took my money and never intended to send me anything oh I kept getting updates about my package all the way from Hungary to the the United States, from April 25th to May the 27th I've got updates about where my package was and then nothing, I kept looking for updates in June but didn't see anything then I had to be hospitalized for a while, when I returned home I started emailing them and that's when the real nightmare began constant emails and constant rejections
Never received my item ordered and it's been over two months. Contacted them their response was sorry for the inconvenience. I will never buy from them again or recommend them.
The product size was tiny compared to what I expected! Also, very expensive for such little amount of product. I haven’t used it yet because I’m going to have to be very very careful about where I need to use it most to not waste any of it. Seriously, not what I expected!
The dispenser is good but I couldn’t retrieve the instructions so I had to mess around with it for a while before I figured it out. The flossers are flimsy and hard to hold. The thread is sharp against the gums.
I have been waiting for weeks for the product I ordered to be delivered. The last update I received was over 2 wks ago. When I emailed customer service they advised pkg had been delivered which it was not! I have never had a pkg go missing and I order plenty of things! Do Not use these people! They are scammers!
I've received the 3 bottles i ordered. I wish the "directions" printed on the box and bottle referred to cleaning things other than the car interior. I bought the stuff hoping to clean other things
