Ordered an iPhone 18 pro max case before I read the reviews on here, omg I wish I hadn’t. There is no customer service, emailed several times to two separate email addresses; one in the USA and the other in China and stated very clearly I wanted this item cancelled and a refund to my credit card. I reported to PayPal immediately that I suspected this to be a fraudulent company and submitted my emails, not once did I get an email stating that they had cancelled but only one to say it’s shipped after I had cancelled. Hopefully PayPal will have my back and I will get a refund but how annoying is this!
I paid 25 dollars each for 5 cases.I do not recommend at all. They are nothing but cheap plastic cases, and could purchase on Temu a lot cheaper that Urgalaxy.com. very very disappointed. I thought they looked very stylish on the site but when received they were NOTHING like what was advertised. Cheap plastic crap, that is all.
I ordered 3 phone cases from Urgalaxy.com Tempered glass & name they were supposed to be but are not.
They arrived finally & did not fit my phone, emailed them back & forth for a long time sending pics info & everything they asked for, confirming correct phone style & problem.
They offered a change of product which I declined.
Asked for a refund, Devin who was emailing me back said I had to return to an address in China, I told him I ordered from US but he said that once the product was returned & scanned by China office a refund would be issued.
So not only am I out of pocket for cases but also return amount.
Tracking of parcel shows,' Addressee not available' which I supected.
DO NOT ORDER FROM URGALAXY CHEAP, NASTY & IF YOU WANT A REFUND, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
Absolutely frustrated with the my purchase.. not that much about the money that was not worth for the case but about the case itself..
Case was nothing like advertised on the website. The whole Magsafe and engraving thing was nothing but plain 2D copy paste picture. No texture.. nothing. And the case material absolute NOT tampered glass but just a cheap plastic that I could have bought for couple of pounds. If you are reading this than save your money or better invest in other, decent case.
I just got my phone case. NOTHING at all like the picture. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Complete scam. IT IS PLASTIC NOT GLASS!!!!! It's not Magsafe either. They completely lied about everything.
After waiting for a month for my 1st order the 2 phone cases didnt fit my phone. I reached out to customer service and I had to take all kinds of pics of the make of my phone to "prove" I didn't order the wrong one, right along w pics of their phone cases they sent. One phone case was shattered on top of it not fitting. They issued me a code to replace the one that was broke. I went back and forth and finally got a code to replace both. I order 2 more cases and they got here a little faster but again one of the cases they sent was the wrong one. So out of 4 cases I can use one. I reached out AGAIN and they issued me another code. I let it be known that I wasn't interested in a code to just give me my money back. Once I let that be known I haven't received any responses from them since. I email them everyday thinking they will get tired of me and just give me my money back. Its been weeks and nothing still.
Phone case was to be tempered glass and engraved. Showed up and is cheap plastic. Nothing like what it was shown to be. I asked for a refund and was told it can't be returned "because it is personalized." They offered a coupon to buy more garbage products from them. Lol
Totally rubbish i had ordered it ,never received a confirmation of purchase and tracking numbers is gave my name for the engraving. Forgot to order the trempé protection glass so ordered an other one toal 54pounds received 15 later out of nowhere 2 rubbish phone cover a flimsy plastic instead of trempé glass and no engraving. Totally rubbish a bunch of thieves and no adress to complain to and cant received emails when ask to send mine a cunning company and I got no one to turn to.
Picture of the phone case on their website is completely different from what is received. PayPal involved and eventually offered a full refund, but only once item is send back. This costs over £10 which means hardly any refund. So guess I'm stuck with a cheap nasty phone case. Don't be fooled by shiny phone cases on the website, it's not what you receive
I've bought something and I've been waiting for a video and I've been in front of the house and he says the address is wrong but I'm using the same address for other companies and then I changed the address to another place at a friend's house and he says it's wrong and then I say ok give me the money back and they don't reply so it's a liar company and no one buys anything from it 🖕
I received my case and was so disappointed it was nothing like ad. The video shows it looking like beautiful glass and metal case, nope it’s cheap looking plastic when I contacted company they responded with an offer of a coupon for my next purchase ( I will not be using it ) I followed up with email asking for return instructions with of course no response
I ordered the phone case MagSafe from urgalaxy, I didn't want any personalization so I left the option on their website empty. I got the case 2 days ago, the name - first and last - on my credit card was applied on the phone case, the case is not MagSafe as advertised, and the design is just a piece of cardboard printed and placed behind a glassy cover. The product is not high quality or close to what they promote. DO NOT buy anything from these people, they mislead you, and personalize your order to void the return policy.
I took pictures of their website showing that they offer personalization but it is the customer choice to fill it or not.
Just received tempered glass phone case. It's NOT tempered glass it's plastic on plastic that came with a scratch in righg hand corner. Typical made in China junk! Reached out prior to receiving order and no response. Let's see how much return shipping will cost if they bother to reply.
