It's so unfortunate that you gave us a one star review. You contacted us three times about the Groupon voucher complaining that you had a voucher for the service at Willing, and it wasn't working. We explained that this is a completely different company. We don't even offer our services on Groupon anymore (partly because of the hassle with redeeming voucher codes). We then answered three other questions about working through the service and distributing the assets. Your Wills do now look complete. It looks to me that your one-star should be directed at Groupon.
