Worst customer support ever. No dedicated customer support online at all. The only support is a couple of "admin" on Telegram who literally take months to even respond. My only attempt to transact with the app failed and has never been resolved.
The SATs has been sent successfully but the developer should include SATs in trading, and also should provide an option for swap.
I can not withdraw money from the exchange. the network commission is over 15 dollars. when in fact it is equal to 0.0001 in the polygon network and only 2 dollars in the ether network
Gaspool is great, I don't need to prepare for gas
The app interface and UI is so awesome. I love the gas pool feature where I can get for free for new users. Also it's like all-in-one defi app!
What a great & smart App! isn’t it? Fast and secured registration, plus I never experienced so much convenience when I need to Swap, the App even provide the credit gas!!! I expect more exciting functions coming in.
1. Fast and easy registration process. First time in a long while I'm registering on a crypto product without having to go back amd forth on youtube. 2. Love the UI and its easy to navigate. 3. I got free gas and used it to try out the swap and trading functions....pretty neat. I'll DeFi recommend for newbies in the space.
