7/5/23 UPDATE:
After posting my original review, I dug around some more and found an alternative contact email for Vapor95.
I re-shared my experience and my original Trustpilot review and got a quick response and assurance that my concerns would be addressed.
A replacement shirt was promised and I was told that tracking/delivery information would be provided once it shipped.
No tracking/delivery information was shared and the Vapor95 representative I was communicating with actually asked me to delete my Trustpilot prior to actually receiving the replacement.
Obviously, I did not do that and do not believe that this is an appropriate request.
That said, the replacement shirt did eventually arrive so after about two weeks, my original concern was finally addressed.
As such, I've updated my rating from a 1-star to 3-stars.
I no longer believe that the company is fraudulent, they are just poorly run and need to consider better systems and better practices when it comes to addressing the inevitable customer support concerns that are part of running an e-commerce business.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I learned about Vapor95 through Facebook advertisements and loved their t-shirt designs and aesthetic.
After several weeks of browsing, I decided to pull the trigger and purchase three shirts (order # 147978).
Two of the designs were perfect, but one had damaged/defective stitching in the collar.
I contacted Vapor95 to request an exchange and they quickly replied to my first email requesting images of the damaged item.
I provided the images as requested, but they have not responded to that message nor have they replied to any of my subsequent follow up messages.
This is extremely disappointing because they could have easily handled this concern and earned a long time customer.
There is no doubt I would have ordered from them again.
As it stands, however, they have proven themselves to be an untrustworthy business that should be avoided.
I am now stuck with an expensive t shirt that was damaged before I even wore it.
Terrible customer support and business ethics.
Buyers beware.
