Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be when address updates don't reflect as expected, especially when it results in additional shipping costs. This is not the seamless experience we aim for our long-time customers to have. I am personally looking into your account to determine what may have happened, and I have just sent a follow-up email to coordinate a resolution with you. Please keep an eye out for my message so we can assist you further. 🌿
