Verasight

Hello, Thank you for the kind words and for sharing this feedback! I understand the frustration with qualifying surveys. This typically happens on our Partner surveys, which are created by other companies and offered to the Verasight community. Verasight doesn't have the ability to preview this material ahead of time, and the screener questions can often be long and look just like the actual survey, so it's understandable that a disqualification after all that time feels frustrating. We do still compensate for participation, though at a lower rate than a full completion. Partner surveys are always optional and clearly labeled, so feel free to opt in only to the surveys where we control the full experience. I'll pass your feedback about survey frequency along to our team as well. Thanks for being part of the Verasight community! Warmly, Verasight Support

Hello Suze, Thanks for reaching out! Here's how our rewards cash-out limit works: You can cash out your rewards points to PayPal, Venmo, or a gift card up to 2 times within any 7-day period. Each cash-out is valued at $10 USD (10,000 points), so you can redeem a maximum of $20 USD (20,000 points) per week. Due to security reasons, there is a limit on the amount of cash out transactions per week. If you've already cashed out twice in the past 7 days, you'll need to wait until your next redemption becomes available before cashing out again. Please reach out to [email protected] if we can assist you further.
