We're glad to hear the surveys have been a legit, smooth experience for you, that's exactly what we aim for. On the cash-out limits: I hear you on wanting bigger or more frequent redemptions. Right now cash-outs are capped at $10 per transaction, up to 2 times within any 7-day period (so $20 max per week), mainly for security reasons. It's not the most flexible setup, but I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team as we look at ways to improve the experience.

Thank you for the honest feedback. Partner surveys are built and run by other companies — we hear you on how frustrating it is to be disqualified after 15-20 minutes of what felt like real participation. Partner surveys are always optional, so sticking to Verasight-run surveys is a way to get a more predictable experience in the meantime.
We’re actively working with our partners to tighten this up, since a lot of panelists do enjoy the extra opportunities partner surveys offer and we want to keep that a good experience.

To clarify the cash-out limit: you can redeem your rewards points to PayPal, Venmo, or a gift card up to 2 times within any 7-day period, with each cash-out valued at $10 USD (10,000 points). That comes out to a maximum of $20 USD (20,000 points) per week. This limit is in place for security reasons.
If you've already cashed out twice in the past 7 days, you'll just need to wait until your next redemption becomes available.
