Thank you for donating your Mercedes-Benz 190 Series, Darlene, and for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that everything else went well, but we're sorry the end of the pickup process left you feeling confused. Our goal is for every donor to feel informed throughout the donation process, and we apologize that you didn't receive the information you were expecting from the tow truck driver. A member of our team will be reaching out to you today to provide more information and answer any questions you may have. Thank you again for your generous support of our nation's veterans, and we hope you have a wonderful day.
