The driver was asked to come at 3:30…
The driver was asked to come at 3:30 when either my sister and I were able to be there to pick up my father‘s car. My father has been very upset by the fact that he is unable to drive anymore. It was a very traumatic experience for him when the drivers came to pick up the car two hours prior than the scheduled time. My father was nice enough to donate the vehicle to the veterans. The drivers should have been more respectful in regards to what my request were. None of which were followed.

It’s a great feeling when you “hope”…
It’s a great feeling when you “hope” your donations are going to good. However, these days it sadly may not be true. Look at Minnesota for example. Not sure how this could be done, however if more people were convinced their donations actually made to a Veteran, it might encourage more people. Thank you for your service, to those who served!

First time donating. All questions were answered when I telephoned. Adrian was the driver that picked up the vehicle. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

The quick turnaround was my favorite
The quick turnaround was my favorite, and it was very easy to set up. The gentleman who did the towing was one of the nicest people I've ever met, very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered lots of great advice!

The driver picking up the vehicle was on time and courteous. The staff arranging the pickup was also courteous. The only issue I had was not getting to an agent initially when responding to a missed call. They did respond to my message the next day.
