Gentleman on the phone was very helpful and understanding also very grateful, like I was giving him the vehicle, which was what you want to hear .
Tow truck guy was nice as well, he was surprised that it had tags on it and I drove it to the back of his truck, made it easy

Vehicles for Veterans - Charitable Donation Made Easy
The donation process was stress and hassle free. During the initial call I was given very clear instructions on what to expect and what documentation i would need to provide. When I mentioned that I needed the donation to take place as quickly as possible I was promised that I would receive a call back very soon. I received a call that afternoon and arrangements were made to have the vehicle towed the very next day. During this process everyone I interacted with was courteous, kind and provided me with clear instructions regarding how the process would work.

My experience was great! Thus was my first time and I wanted to do something to honor my recently past father's memory and his Naval service. He helped me get that SUV and was his last time helping me before becoming ill.
I pray much use can come from her as I can no longer afford the repairs and have wonderful memories of my twin daughters starting to drive with her.

Honesty is the best policy.! Truthfully my experience was wonderful! Service was spectacular. The booking process was super smooth and when the tower came to pick up “Ol Betsy” he was super kind. I appreciate how kind they were to work with my work schedule, especially being three hours away. Thank you all for your service.!

The contractor who picked up the truck called ahead to give us an ETA; he was on time, courteous,gave us the letter receipt and tax return receipt and we gave him the signed title and truck keys. He fixed the flat tire, removed our jack stand and tags returning them to us, got the truck started whose battery was dead and hadn't been driven in over a year, drove it onto the flatbed and was off within 1/2 - 3/4 of an hour. We are happy we were able to donate our vehicle to a worthy Veterans organization.
