The communications were very helpful. The gentleman called with the time he would arrive and he did. He was very thoughtful and helpful to me in as far as getting the tags off the car. Very efficient and very polite.

Thank you for donating your Jaguar XJ and for taking the time to share your feedback, John. We appreciate your point about receiving a review request before the entire process is complete. We send these requests shortly after vehicle pickup so donors can share their experience with the donation and pickup process while it's still fresh, but we understand your perspective. Thank you again for your support of our nation's veterans, and we hope the remainder of the process goes just as smoothly. Have a wonderful day!
They were prompt. No time wasted. Trust vehicle will receive above the minimum eval as actual mileage was under 60, 000 miles and in running condition.
