Not a respectable site. They send me the wrong item, there's no free return, and no full refunds. Don't take full responsibility about orders, if you receive something wrong or not what you brought, it's your problem, not there's problem
Vicmalee is a fraud. The pictures show quality clothing items. I ordered a shirt that looked to be of high quality, layered in design and extremely unique. What I received after a month was a cheaply made polyester garment with what looked liked a 2-dimensional picture printed on it. Luckily Paypal issued a refund. I will be warning others about this scam website. I think there are others (Sydneying is also one.) that show unique, expensive garments that are eitiher copied from other businesses or are AI-generated. Platforms like Facebook and others should ban such businesses to help protect citizens from being victimized.
A update on my last comment. I received a email 1 month after I ordered 2 dress from this company that they were on there way it took a little over a week to get them. The 2 dresses I ordered was not what they sent. My ordered total was 69 dollars the dresses sent looked like 3 dollars each nothing even close to what showed in the pictures. Sad the scamming going on. This is not a legitimate company. Do not waste time or money or this web page. You will be taking advantage of. Consider yourself warned...

I ordered a 100% cotton 4XL hoodie and received a 100% polyester large hoodie. I contacted Vicmalee via email last week but have not received a response at all. I do not recommend you buy from them, you will be wasting your money.
Why are you allowed to falsely advertise?
Stay away from this website all their pictures are AI generated you will never get what you ordered I fell for it very dissappointing.
Saw their AD on pinterest, when I clicked in it lead me to their website, all the product images are clearly AI generated. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED! I've already had experience with other similar websites, they all ship you crappy stuff from China.
I seen Pinterest ads fo years And I finally gave in. I can't be mad as it's just so funny on how bad the items are. I'm a big guy ordered 3 5xl clothes. The sweater was marked 5xl but was a tight crop top. The pants I couldn't get on and the robe was no bigger then a 2xl. The knit look of the ads, was a low resolution print screen. This also took a month to get. Note. I measured myself and matched thier size chart so I ordered based on this
BIG SCAM!!! What they show you in the pictures and what you actually get are way different. My wife ordered a cardigan winter coat. What we got was a bathrobe. What a joke !! Order at your own risk!!!
Awful. Simply awful. Its not at all what is on the pucture. . it's not knit sweater and plain synthetic, no zipper no string hoodie as on the picture.. for €46 that's just crap.. Awful. Horrible
I ordered a dress from vicmalee that looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures. Unfortunately, the item I received had almost nothing in common with what was advertised. Instead of the elegant, high-quality dress shown online, I got a simple polyester piece that felt cheap and poorly made. Customer service was just as frustrating. Despite several emails, I never received any response. The website claims that returns are possible, but so far I haven’t been given any instructions or support to actually do so. Based on my own experience, I would advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this shop. For me, the purchase was a complete disappointment, and I would not order from vicmalee again.
The item was supposed to be an embroidered knitted jumper and I received a polyester type material top. It bore no resemblance to the picture what so ever. They also do not answer emails. I made a claim through Paypal and the seller said they would refund the money if I sent it back to China. I refused to do this as it would cost so much to return a top that was probably worth about £2. Paypal did refund me. If this company ( and many others who are offering these same jumpers online) could actually produce the jumpers in the pictures I am sure they would make a lot of money as they are gorgeous! :)
I ordered items from this website. I have sent 4-5 emails requesting information about shipment. I have not heard one word from them. I will have to contact credit card company and dispute the charge. I ordered from them based on higher trust factor. Looks like just another scam.
