Order not processed since 10/01/2023 and have not received my goods till now(31/01/2023. its been 10days since i ordered. I have to enquire thru whatsapp for status, The reason given - CNY many staffs on leave. A disappointing experience!

I ordered a Grafalloy Pro Launch G Blue - 45R. Unfortunately, Ninjavan broke the shaft before they could make the delivery. Your sales staff was very cooperative and quickly replaced one for me to collect. The shaft matches my Ping G400 driver without any problem. The flex was exactly what I expected. I have gained an extra 15 to 20 M . Value for money. Thank you .
