BUYERS BEWARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
I purshased three wigs for VIPWigs first it took forever for them to come. Once they wigs came it was nothing as what was advertised. These were not human hair wigs at all. A client of mine has alopecia I buy them for her style them for her, she works in the public. One I said something about the wigs, they told me to curl them. You cannot curl synthetic hair wigs, they melt. When I asked for a refund, they offered a % that wouldn't even cover shipping cost. I refused their offer, they address they sent for a return address doesn't exist. I took the package to FedEx tobe returned, no one including the manager could even find the address in their international or overseas database. VIPWigs customer service team isn't real either, the best thing you can do. Never spend your money on VIPWigs, go with a legitimate company with reviews of real customers. I ended up paying $475 for a Real Human Hair Wigs. And all VIPWigs says is "you must not have given the correct address". DON'T USE VIPWIGS OR, BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENTS THEY USE OTHER COMPANY ADVERTISEMENTS.
This people are very fraudulent, I received 3 plastic wigs that looked nothing like what was advertised, I reached out to them that I would love to return it, a day later the reply and ask for details of purchase before a return can begin, I tried to reply their mail with the details they required alas it’s as though my email was blocked from their end as all my emails to them thereafter has been undeliverable with message in characters is Chinese I do not understand. This is a big SCAM of a business and should not be allowed to continue scamming people.
Horrible! The lace front they sent me was not as described. They didn’t want to refund me my money but instead send me another lace front . I have yet to receive it! This company is a scam!
I wish I can give this company 0 stars!!!!! I ordered the ombré blonde bob wig and they sent me a totally different wig!!!! It was a golden brown granny curly looking wig!! I asked to return it, they first told they will refund me $15 to keep it... like what!? Then said I will have to pay shipping to return it ... like what? You send me a completely different wig than what I paid for and I have to pay shipping, which they said would be $30-$40 !??? This is the most unprofessional company ever. Do not waste your money! I wish I would have read these reviews first! Instead I went on YouTube where they probably sent special “good wigs” to these YouTube stars and send all the bad wigs to their customers!! I’m disgusted! I paid $157.00 for this wig and it’s NOT what I wanted at all. Totally different wig! I don’t even trust that it’s real Brazilian hair at this point. These are liars!!!! I will be posting a video on YouTube about them as well!!
I ordered a jerry curled wig from them for $261 then had paid an addition $20 for a 13 * 6 wig. One their lace frontals are full of crap it’s literally a closure with a small lace for a short side part. Two, I can’t brush throw the hair come throw it nothing and it’s shedding like crazy. Three, worst hair ever the freaking knots were not bleached or even “lightly bleached” never again.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. They advertised a wig and took my money for it but did not actually have the wig in stock. They then start messaging me on WhatsApp at 3am asking me to pay more and they will send me another wig. This company is extremely unprofessional and the customer service is non existent!
Be careful you have been warned.
