Thank you for your review. We welcome and value all feedback, be it positive or negative. Our most recent call outs were to carry out a quick repair and then undertake emergency work after the roof was damaged in Storm Darragh, which was an exceptional event. Either way, we've acted quickly to conduct remedial work, or advise on how to use, care and maintain the products. We thank you for highlighting that as we believe it exemplifies the outstanding service that we aim to provide. Kind regards, Visual
