Have you ever wasted valuable time at the airport searching for a prepaid SIM card vendor? Or maybe you've been hit with an unexpectedly high roaming bill after traveling abroad? Ever wish you could have affordable international data or global data roaming plans at your fingertips? As avid travelers, we too faced these exact same problems and so, we started VOX Mobile in Singapore to solve this once and all for ourselves and others like us. VOX Mobile offers the most affordable roaming data plans in the market today with digital SIM cards (eSIMs). VOX Mobile is also incredibly easy to use: Simply scan a QR code to download and install a mobile data plan. You'll be connected within 3 minutes - no separate app needed. Our eSIMs cover over 200 countries, so you always stay connected no matter where you are in the world.
the installation and the wifi service works well. The only downside is, there isn‘t an easy way to check remaining GB availability

Thank you, Philippe for the feedback! Just to share, please feel free to reach out to our helpful 24/7 customer service to check on data usage. We also recognize that our customers want more self-help features to check on their data usage and top up their eSIMs and are working hard to introduce such features soon!
Best regards,
Paul
I have very good experience with vox mobile. I faced a problem while installing the e sim. Customer service very helpful they solved my problem . U. Can use vox mobile on trust.
Bought 30gb’s for 30 days in Indonesia. Sim card activated. Then I didn’t get any bars of signal. Tech support wasted my time with some basic advices. And refused to refund.
So if you end up in location where their partners don’t have coverage (but other operators have), it’s completely your problems. No signal, no refund.

Dear sir, we apologize for the inconvenience you've faced with us in Indonesia. As mentioned by Thomas, our customer care agent serving you, coverage by our partner had been available in the specific area where you were. Given that the eSIM had been activated and some data usage had been observed on the line, we were unable to provide you with a refund. Thank you for your feedback - we will continue to work closely with our partners to improve our service in Indonesia and all countries!
Really good bought on both phones worked amazingly

The experience for getting an eSIM for a trip to Thailand couldn't have been any easier. Shortly after the order was placed, a QR code for activating the eSIM was sent via email and I could set it up directly on my phone. The service worked immediately once I landed in Thailand and got out of the plane. This beats the other providers that require you to visit one of the shops at the airport first.
