Hey there, thank you, this is great to hear! That one-click convenience making story games easy to jump into is exactly the kind of thing we love hearing landed for you. On the daily window being the sticking point, that's fair to raise, the honest reason it's there is that keeping customizations working across thousands of games as they constantly patch is full-time work for a real team, and it's set up so there's still a genuine free way in. The team's also actively working to make the experience better across the board, so it's not set in stone. Thanks for the fair and thoughtful 8 out of 10, and here's hoping we can earn those last couple of points. Happy gaming ahead!

Hey there, thank you, glad it's been working simply for you! That easy fit with your games is just what we like to hear. Thanks for taking a moment to share it, and happy gaming ahead!

Thank you for the 3 years with us, that kind of history genuinely matters, and we're sorry to see you go over this. Here's the honest reasoning: over half of free users were already playing 2 hours or less a day before the timer existed, which was a big part of what shaped where the limit landed. The free tier isn't going away, and it's kept deliberately simple, one flat limit and one upgrade path, rather than the per-trainer paywalls or tiered restrictions you'll find elsewhere. Maps, Video Highlights, and the Game Guide stay unlimited either way. Pro exists for those who want the cap gone entirely, and that ongoing subscription is what funds keeping trainers working as games patch, month over month, not a one-time cost. We're also actively looking at ways to build in more flexibility for free accounts down the line, though nothing's confirmed yet. Feedback like yours is part of what's shaping that.

Thank you so much! Really glad it's felt easy to jump into.

Hey there, thank you, and honestly you've got exactly the right of it! Wand's built for single-player, so cutting out those long, boring farming hours in your own game is just what it's there for, and keeping it to that lane is precisely how it's meant to be enjoyed. Glad it's been perfecto for you, and happy gaming ahead!

Haha yes! 🙌 Thank you so much, so glad you're loving Wand!
