Hi Kim! We appreciate your candid feedback and thank you so much for taking a few minutes to speak with Ben today to get this resolved. Once we verified everything with the other phone number you had used, we are now issuing the refund, and a check will be in the main to compensate you for the inconvenience as discussed previously. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business and please feel free to reach out with anything further. - WRUSA Team
