We are surprised to see this 1 star review. We responded to your initial email within 30 minutes and also spoke with you via phone. As we discussed and you can see on your order, you ordered the amber ones, not the red ones. We offered to approve the return for the ones you misordered and also sent you the link to the red ones.

我第一次从 CB World 订购，也将是最后一次。买了个cb，用了36天。 他们没有产品保修，因为我被告知要联系眼镜蛇。应该向沃尔玛展示，至少他们为电子产品提供一年保修。

We wish we could've resolved this with you. To be clear, here are the details: Ordered was placed and shipped on 8/23/23. Delivered on 8/30/23. First contact with CB World regarding issue was 11/6/23, over 2 months after the order was placed, stating the radio was not transmitting or receiving well. We offer a 30 day return policy but offered troubleshooting assistance regardless. When we spoke with and troubleshooted with the radio user, they explained that the antenna had not been tuned. The radio user was convinced that CB antennas do not need to be tuned and became very upset and ended the call. Please note that every CB antenna needs to be tuned for its application to optimize the performance of the system as a whole and to help ensure that the CB radio does not get damaged by operating with high SWR readings. Once the antenna/s are tuned, we recommend doing an official radio check.
