Well I'm back.I just received my order and if I had read the reviews I never would have ordered from this company.My first review i gave them 5 stars for ease of ordering and site easy to navigate. Of course its easy to order,they want to get your money!WHAT A JOKE! Talk about cheap looking clothing.I was expecting a beautiful hoodie with lace and ribbon flowers and what I got was a surplus, discount store,polyester,screen(poorly)printed ,piece of crap $2 hoodie.It did have a hood,so I will give them that.If you want to be disappointed, order from this company.Save your money but if you feel the need to buy crap go to the Bargain Bin or Discount Basement!
I have sent numerous emails to this company regarding the poor quality product that arrived that bears no resemblance to the described item or picture. The emails are bouncing back with no response . WARNING Do not purchase from them.
I did not like the messages coming on the screen when I was trying to buy something..ie Halloween Sale.
It would be better to lead to similar items when you click on one you want to buy. In our case we wanted different colors of the same design but it was really hard to find those items. The indexing system was not helpful. The search function was hard to use or it didn't work.
False advertising the garments are rubbish prints on horrible material not embroidered as advertised look nothing like the pictures and charge way too much for what the product is made of and they don’t respond when you email them
This clothing is a scam. Deceptive product photos: the items are poor-quality knockoffs, not the higher-end clothing shown in the website's pictures.
Extremely poor quality: Made of cheap, synthetic fabrics like polyester not what is pictured.
Impossible to get a refund: Customer service starts by offering discounts on what was purchased, and when the discount is refused they become unresponsive. When disputed with card company they finally provide a return address in China, not the address in the US that it shipped from, which costs more than the original purchase.
I love the range of beautiful outfits and other pieces. The pages are set up for a good review and selecting any one item is easy and fast. I appreciate your page design for each item.
Did my research too late… bought a sweater and then when I looked into the website there were a bunch of red flags & poor reviews I read too late. Cancelled my order & requested a refund. Never received it. Avoid this site, report it, srsly this company needs to be taken down.
Scam !!!!!!! Do not order . I was sent wrong clothes. They never even offered to send what I ordered and then wanted me to pay to return !!!!!!! The worst company ever.
This company is a fraud, the photos they show are fake when you receive the clothing it looks nothing like the photo. It is cheap and just ugly. I have emailed them twice so I can return item and have had no reply. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. Total scam not sure how they are allowed to trade.
The photo on the website are totally different from the actual item delivered. The quality of the material is so cheap and the hemming/stitching are so hideous. It is also hard to get a refund. They would offer 20%, 40% coupon and have you keep the items or gift them to someone else. The company won't provide the return address or phone # for customer service and would repeatedly say that it is too expensive to return because returns are going to China.
I am EXTREMELY dissapointed. CHEAP flimsy polyester-ish material on all items. They looked so rich and almost 3 dimensional in the pictures like it was an expensive fabic, but when I received them I was horrified to see every item. Different colors, different textures and so cheaply made. Not one size fit me although I had ordered several different sizes as I wasnt certain how your clothes run. The only item out of the whole lot I liked were the earrings, which I think I received for free. Just got around to sending them back and now I'm to late. Super super frustrated and unhappy. I ordered these clothes for a cruise I am leaving for tomorrow, so what a disappointment.
I found it hard to choose as there was so many beautiful items to choose from, I just hope when I receive my order that they are as lovely as they looked on your pages. The one thing I didn't like was when you got a % off you ended up paying postage as when I chose the 3 items my postage was free, I think that should have been explained.
If I could give no stars I would.

I think the browsing of products when u put thinks in cart and want to do more shopping it should be a little bit easier to follow. Otherwise so far so good. Can’t wait to get my order. The pictures of the clothes are great I am hoping they are just as good when they arrive
