Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many consumers frequently mention that browsing through the online website is an extremely enjoyable activity due to the great variety of clothing selections and unique styles. Additionally, people find the initial purchasing process to be quite straightforward and easy to navigate when placing their daily orders.
However, some customers also noted serious concerns regarding poor product quality, cheap synthetic materials, and very inaccurate sizing charts. A number of reviewers also experienced long delivery delays and reported extreme difficulties when trying to obtain a proper refund from support.
The product I received was not at all what was represented…
The product I received was not at all what was represented in the ad. It was a cheap ugly top that will never be worn. I haven't even received the second top that I ordered. When I tried to contact about returning which was advertised as possible, crickets! Horrible product and no customer service. DO NOT ORDER!
Wearshes.com shows pictures of embellished blouses and sends you a polyester blouse with a picture of the design. Totally fraudulent misrepresentation. When I emailed support @wearshes.com, I have not received any return information and cannot find any phone number.
Unreal, I should have done more research before ordering! The quality of the clothing is poor. The patriotic dress that I ordered looked amazing on the website; nothing even close to what I received. It looks like a homemade stitched together one piece fabric TOP only that I couldn't even get over my head. It has NONE of the details show on the website. It's almost ridiculous to see what I thought I ordered to what I actually received. Clearly these clothes are coming from a sweatshop in a 3rd world country. Bad on me for not buying from an American company. I sent email for a return but my guess is that I'm screwed.
A family member saw an online ad for this company’s dresses, as there was an America Independence Day promotion/sale. The listing mispelled “Day” as “Da” and when read out loud the listing reads like an attempt to put in as many algorithm friendly keywords as possible. As for the dresses themselves, the listing says they are made of 95% cotton but it doesn’t feel like cotton. The material reminds me of a table cloth material, which makes me believe that this was cheaply made but then marked up as $44 for one dress. The company gives you free gifts to encourage you to shop more and they seem to be better quality than the dresses themselves.
Also, my family member received 3 items they didn’t order that were also in the wrong size, that we now have to return.
The return policy is the most sketchy policy I’ve read, and I don’t believe it to be smooth. (As of writing, still in step one.) To return something you must send them a request email, then you will pay for shipping somehow and then you’ll only recieve a partial refund for your efforts to return your “tablecloths” to China.
Friends, beware to check company reviews before ordering online, and educate elderly members of the family about the cheaply made things that come from overseas.
I’ve been wanting to order for a long time, but wasn’t sure. It was far easier than I thought. Of course, was surprised when converted to Canadian price, but the product looks fabulous.
Question….is this being sent by mail…through the post office?
I ordered a T-shirt to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. I kept waiting and waiting for it to arrive finally did two days past the Fourth of July is too late to wear it and share it with people I would like to find out, I can return it and get a refund.
Poor customer service. They got my order completely wrong and refused to give me a refund in full. They told me I could receive 35% back in payment.Be careful when ordering clothes from this company.
Ordered dress. Came in wrong size. Sent 3 emails to try to return for exchange. No response from company. Contacted PayPal to get my money back.
Avoid ordering anything from this company!
I ordered two shirts for 250th American 4th of July anniversary and they came after the 4th of July. They were the wrong size and the company admitted the sizing chart was not accurate and they only wanted to give me a 20% refund. I unfortunately did not check the negative reviews. Avoid this company at all costs. They try to get your sympathy because they're a small company in China. They don't honor their return policy.
Product was not what was shown in the picture. Product arrived later than what they said when I placed the order. It was July 4th themed clothing and came late, although the website said it would be in time for the holiday.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau along with many others. Our Government will be investigating them to the fullest. DO NOT....AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Their photos are AI Generated and you will not get what you think you are going to get. They show beautiful flowered dimensional dresses and blouses and when you open up the package, the blouse looks like a pillow case. Very cheaply made and I am a doll clothes designer, so I know what I'm talking about. I received the red, white and blue outfit, supposed to be made of gauze as it states and cost me over $65.00 for the two pieces. It is a cheap fabric and nothing like the AI Generated pictures. I live on social security and this is horrible elder abuse these people are doing this to us out there who are so venerable. If there was a way I could put them in jail, I would. Just please read these reviews before going any further to their site. I should have and feel like a fool for not doing so.
I feel like a fool! The pictures on this site are not what you will receive. I should have known better than to order anything from China! Before you purchase ANYTHING from this Company, please read their feedback and take it to heart. I thought I would receive a beautiful blouse with gorgeous raised dimensional flowers and you can't imagine my disappointment when I opened up the package and found a pillow case. Yes, you heard me correctly. It's a frickin pillowcase. It's a cheap fabric with printed flowers and no dimensional flowers as pictured. The arms are not flowing as pictured and no flowers anywhere other than cheaply printed on a cheap fabric. Their pictures are AI generated to give them a gorgeous look! Thank goodness my credit card company will refund my money.
Since I sent this review in, I have sent my information to the Better Business Bureau.
