Waste of money.

Too small. Very short sleeves on sweat shirt. Nasty cheap shiny fabric. No return instructions. Colour not the same as on advert. Unwearable. Waste of money.

Free gift, or no Free gift ?

The website was easy to navigate, so many beautiful items for sale. My only issue was, while ordering, the site said I would get a free gift, but nothing came up at the end of my transaction.

No free gift and awkward website navigation

I found the process to check out, free gift and applying discounts confusing. In the end I have deleted my free gift by accident, unable to choose again and not sure if I have received my correct discounts. It was too difficult and time consuming to start all over again so I checked out without a free gift. Viewing the wide range of products could possibly be consolidated to have more choices of colours and patterns from one entry point rather than going in and out of several listings. More descriptions and photos of at least the rear of garment would be good. Access to sizing charts on each listing is handy. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase. The range is enormous, colourful and hopefully a good quality- yet to receive. Follow up 3 weeks later- my order is still showing as awaiting shipment. The website no longer shows Australia as a country they ship to. 3 emails across 10 days to seller and none of them answered. I have requested refund and had PayPal approve the refund. Money yet to be returned but it’s only been 3 days. Seller website still showing my order as awaiting shipment. I recommend caution as a buyer.

Checkout can be dices

Well, I loved your products. However, I purchased 4 items and was offered a free item, which I selected. When the checkout was finished the "free" item wasn't free! I contacted customer service, and have not heard back.

I didn't read the review before I ordered. I did fall in to the trap. Haven't received my order after weeks. I will wait a couple more, but if it's not here by then, believe me I will go bunta on them! They won't get away with it. 3 star for now but will change at later date if needed.

First-time user

The site is very easy to navigate. Wearshes offers a wide variety of clothing, as well as jewelry; their prices are very reasonable. I cannot wait to receive my order and see if the quality is as pictured! I just now happened on a few reviews at the Wearshes site that I had not seen prior to ordering, though I wish I had! According to those reviews, the garments are very shoddily (cheaply) made. do not live up to expectations whatsoever, and ship from China! Had I seen these before ordering I wouldn't have. I pray I can cancel my order somehow and receive a refund promptly.

No communication

Quick and easy to shop .. lots of good offers. A unique colourful selection of clothing, fab idea. I didn't receive any order confirmation except a congratulation that my order had been made, it will take up to 10 working days and I will receive a tracking number once my order is shipped. It is now 2 weeks since I placed my order and I've heard nothing at all, I've not recieved any communication from Wearshes as to the status of my order. I've sent an enquiry by email in reply so I hope to hear something from them soon.

Don't order before reading the reviews…

I do wish I'd checked this out before making a gift purchase. On the receipt it says "Your order will be shipped ASAP" Well, mine hasn't made it out of the warehouse yet and it's been weeks. I've contacted support several times but I get no reply. Now I'm wondering if I should go buy a new gift because this one may not happen.

Scam. Wearshes animal prints.

Please read and take in reviews of this company wish I had before ordering. Products not knitted as detailed they are cheap sweatshirt material. Images on front are not embroidered but transfers. After research found out they have copied these off various UK genuine companies. Please don't be taken in by sudden pop up companies on your tablet or phone like I did any mention of china should ring alarm bells plus my bank noted this and gave me a new debit card it seems it was red flagged as not secure. Be careful.

Fairly straight forward to order

Fairly straight forward to order. Forgot that there would be tax added. Love the look of what was on offer, but haven't actually seen, felt quality of product as yet. I really hope it compares well to my expectations. Fingers crossed. Nit sure how long it will take to arrive.
