Grey website, I still confuse about it. I doubt it.

I have used this web version of this and when my points almost reached the minimum limit of points that could be exchanged suddenly my account was blocked (invalid login). I can't login anymore without any reason or error. So, I can't get point consecutive logins without breaking. But today February (after very long time), suddenly I can login again. It is so strange. So, I stil dont know about this web because I I haven't reached the point withdrawal stage yet because of yesterday's incident.
