I have been using Dokan for my… Multi-vendor website with Wordpress!

I have been using Dokan for my multi-vendor platform on Wordpress and have been very pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided by WeDevs. In particular, Nabid & Tanjir have both been of great assistance to me. I have requested on numerous occasions the short-code to accomplish small customizations on my website and they have both consistently got back to me in a timely manner with exactly what I have requested. They have helped immensely with customizing things exactly how I want them. Thank you very much for this service! I will continue to use them for support & highly recommend WeDevs :)

Today was Carl as many time he is there... once he can help, he will try his best. If i put 4 stars insted of 5, is Not for Carl, i think wedevs needs improve the documentation and upgrade that is already. I am a Dokan Pro, WPUF PRO and there are missing !important info for as costumers. And there is where support team, ALL of them need to attend so many request that made us wait may be for something what if is on docs the Team could work more deep in serious things. Thanks Carl, thanks all support team. I know, you do your Best. Have a great and safe day.

I've raised so many issues with weDevs support and they help me out 99% of the time. Shamina in particular has helped me out on a few occasions. Good support overall.

My project was canceled and I asked wedevs for a refund because not using the plugin, they didnt give it! (never happened to me other supplyers always understand! and plugin updates stopped :-(

The customer service is pathetic

The customer service is pathetic. I have lot of questions and i have been sending emails for months now and they never reply. Even if the reply they will not solve the problem. Total money waste. I want my refund

Fraudulently took money from me

I cancelled Dokan 2 months before the end of the first year. However, today on the anniversary of my purchase they have fraudulently taken money from me £503. And what's worse, they have put the payment through as an in-store purchase so from PayPal perspective this isn't a distance sale that I can trigger the resolution centre. They are also ignoring my requests for support, via email, online chat and support ticket.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Purchased a WePOS license.. Unable to activate license... Support is really terrible! Chat's online but nobody replies for 2 days now. When they reply it's with the same questions you provide in a ticket. The ticket isn't answered either... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

weDevs gives great support

weDevs gives great support. I own a big marketplace with a lot of users and visitors, so everytime there is a problem it is important that it will be fixed asap. WeDevs helps me with the problems as soon as they can and continue support until it is fixed. So aside from the minor bugs that happen pretty often in some of their plugins, they give really good and personal support to fix it asap.

One hitch but otherwise very smooth

One hitch : be sure to set your permalink to 'postname' not 'plain' like I had it and it all works very smoothly. Support was right on it too as soon as I described my issue, after that it has been smooth sailing. Excellent product and support

Great improvement after purchase!

I've asked a lot of pre-sale questions, and it seemed like I kept getting answers that didn't *QUITE* jive with what I understood about the program, and the persona answering the questions didn't seem to even really understand what I was asking. However, I purchased anyway, to figure my way through things, and I've found the support staff I've been working with recently is MUCH more on the ball. I'm thrilled that I was right in my assumptions, and that they are dedicated to helping me make this work.

The WP FrontEnd User Pro support was excellent

The WP FrontEnd User Pro support was fantastic. I had a issue with the registration form and spent 3 days on google trying to find a solution. The support team figured it out in a logical and systematic way by looking at the Themes and plugins that may cause conflict. Excellent work and now my website is on it's way to be amazing. glutenfreestyler.com
