Our standard delivery timeframe for free shipping is 3–8 business days, and your package absolutely should have been delivered by now. We recently transitioned to UPS Advantage, a shipping service where UPS handles the initial transit and USPS completes the final delivery. While we made this change to improve our overall shipping experience, we've unfortunately experienced a few unexpected delays and growing pains during the transition.
