Never received merchandise
Never received merchandise. Notified customer support several times about inconsistent emails i received updating delivery status. They said package was delivered on 7/6, a shipping update I received showed package was still in customs. No way it could have been delivered. Tired of the runaround, just refund my money.

I bought this guitar shaped whisky bottle on 6/20/2026 and then I was finally notified on 7/15/2026 that it was delivered. So I rushed out to the mailbox, and guess what no package was delivered. I waited until 7/21/2026 before I contacted pay pal. I still haven't heard anything from the seller. I am totally pissed off. Now here is one for the books. You can get this exact same bottle on Temu for less than $20.00.

Never received item- said it was delivered though Tracking Number wasn't sent with a legitimate carrier. Contacted Customer Service.. they gave same Tracking and "ask local Post Office or check with neighbors". We did check with USPS but as it wasn't a USPS Tracking number, they couldn't provide information. Sent company another email demanding a refund, magically a USPS tracking number was sent showing delivered, said "error on their end sent the wrong tracking". Still no item and USPS has no information regarding this new number. Bogus. Buyer Beware.

I too ordered the slash guitar Jack Daniel's whiskey bottle. When it didn't come with the whiskey I wasn't really surprised, but when the pictures are a little messed up on the bottle, and the bottle itself doesn't stand flat and wobbles like it's going to fall over because it was made terribly, that's where I have a problem. Reached out for them to either supply a product that was correct, or refund my money. I spent over $40, they offered me $3 back for my inconvenience. Unacceptable customer service, if you could even call it that. I don't know if I would call it a scam, but I would definitely call it a website I will never order from ever again. What a joke.

Took forever to receive item. Item was smaller than it appeared in ad. Thought pictures were painted on bottle; they were just stickers. Very disappointed.

Ordered the product via a Facebook link, so was somewhat hesitant initially. Product came from outside of the U.S. so a small delay with Customs, but arrived pretty quickly and was just as advertised!

I ordered 2 slash Jack Daniels whiskey bottles which showed liquor in them and a nice box. I received two tiny bottles with nothing in them and no box. I was tracking their shipping through Europe and then it came from a local town in New Jersey

I still did not receive my bottle, I use the tracking # they provided to check all this time, said the package was leaving from Poland and delivered July Fifth by USPS (I wonder if post office working the Sunday after July 4th). emailed them, they email me back a USPS tracking # which showed the package was leaving from China and delivered June 24, seems I will never get my package, looks like it is a scam.

Product advertised was not what we received
The product that was advertised was clearly not the product that we received. The Jack Daniels Slash whiskey bottle was represented to be sold with a Jack Daniels signature edition box which was featured on the advertisement, a black stand, and a Jack Daniels corkscrew. The product I received was only the empty Slash bottle. No Jack Daniels signature edition box, no black stand, no Jack Daniels crock screw topper. Plus, we were overcharged significantly.
