Fraud! 100% Chinese!

This is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. Their website is plastered with 100% Canadian Made statements. It's all lies. Their merchandise is made in China and ships directly from China.

Don't do it; save your money!

Took a long time to get product. For the prices I paid, I expected good quality and sadly, the quality is HORRIBLE! The design on the shirts is blurry and the fabric is super cheap. Save your money. I spent almost $140 and the products are not even worth $40 in my opinion. I wish I would have researched more before placing an order. Oh and for those of you that were led to believe this is a Canadian company as I was, there is nothing Canadian about it!!!!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. NOT made in Canada as advertised. DRY CLEAN garment. CHEAP. The package spent 2 weeks travelling through the US and being held at US customs. Avoid this company at all costs.

Criminals !

Criminals !! They tell you that everything is produced proudly in Canada. Then you get the tracking # from tracking-hub.com Even the tracking system is fake. You see that your item is shipped from Tampa, Florida. When you dig deeper you find the real tracking # and that says: Shipped from Dogguan, China. What you get is cheap China crap. You will n ever receive a refund as Paypal is supporting those criminals. Even the Canadian Police is not interested as they say it is only false avertising. I am asking myself NOW in what corrupt State I am living. Criminals EVERYWHERE and even the Police is NOT DOING anything.

Absolutely not what I paid for ... Not even sewn properly ... no labelling.. came from the USA .. sat in customs for several days... Shame on me for not checking further into this ! They tried to triple charge me and I had to request the coupon price. NOT CANADIAN

If I could give 0 I would

1. This company is not Canadian and I reported it to authorities. 2. They don’t allow returns. 3. The quality is terrible. Small sizing and printed with what appears to be stickers. You will never get your money back.

Cheap crap made overseas NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY AND NOT MADE IN CANADA EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE LIES AND SAY THEY ARE. I bought what I thought was a beautiful shirt made in Canada and it is made in China and half of the seams are on the outside of the garment, half sewn on one side, the other half on the other side. Absolute garbage.

Just a Chinese company posing as Canadian.

Recently ordered an 'elbows up' hat in raspberry colour. Received a black one instead. Advertised as 'made in Canada'. But it had to clear Customs, payment made to a Chinese company, and hat tag says 'made in China'. Phone number is a private residence in BC. No return address. No contact for 'Customer Support Team'. Submitting email address is to 'subscribe' to something, not to ask for their help. No address for the storefront shown on their website. Note the number of poor reviews recently posted. I would wonder whether the business will reemerge as something else.

Not made in Canada and poor quality. The seems are not aligned and the material is not t-shirt material.Very dissapointed. Temu website makes better clothing than this company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Mine came through China via Hawaii. I wish I had this site first, but as soon as I googled them I tried to cancel my order. This is their response: "We have many warehouses around the world. The one we choose to ship your order has stock and is the nearest to you. Don't worry." It arrived anyway. Quality is totally horrendous.

Whiteweby is a Scam

I saw an ad on Facebook for Whiteweby. They advertised that they are a Canadian product produced in Canada. This is an absolute lie. This product was shipped from the USA. This was what I was trying to avoid. When I contacted them to cancel my order they said it had already been shipped, but it hadn't even left their shipping warehouse. They told me to trust my first instinct and try the products. While the products arrived they are a cheap rip-off. The items have the images shown in the original ad imprinted onto them. It's not even close to my expectations. I have emailed the company on how to return the items and now I am getting the runaround. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

100% gross polyester and VERY small sizing with stick on emblems - super cheesy and certainly not embroidered as it appears online. Mine came from Georgia and then Santa Fe before heading up north of the border. The phone number on the website is unreal - everyone should try it. Some poor woman in BC who knows nothing about this "company". They don't answer emails.

Garbage products and total SCAM!!!

What an utter bull website! Cannot say anything good about it! 100% Made in Canada eh? Labels on an elbows up t shirt and cap both say Made in China. Also, complete and utter garbage products! I was suspicious when my tracking showed it coming from the US. DO NOT BUY from these SCAMMERS!!!

Absolutely agree with many of the other reviewers- nothing Canadian about this operation. My T-shirt gift order is taking forever to be delivered as it makes its way through the US. Complete waste

Company is a complete scam. Not a Canadian company nor is there product made in Canada. I ordered two baseball caps. Sent from the States and Made in China. Scam

Whiteweby SCAM! Not made in Canada!

Purchased 2 "Elbows Up" hats as the website said in many places that they were Canadian made, Canadian designed, etc. The shipping confirmation was from a location in central US. This was alarm bell 1. Once shipped, they billed me more than the order was for. This was alarm bell 2. To their credit, they did refund me the difference between the confirmed order amount and the charged amount. This gave me a small amount of hope. When the hats arrived, I checked the tags to see where they were made - made in China. Elbows Up indeed! Scam! Very disappointed! I would rate 0 stars if I could.
