This company is a scam. Claims to be fully Canadian but actually shipped from USA which only aware once I got the tracking info. They don’t respond to emails. A total fraudulent racket. AVOID at all costs

Everything about them is a lie. They are not at all Canadian they are Chinese. The Canadian address and phone number on their website site are not valid. They do not answer any emails. If you buy you will be ripped off. Fortunately, PayPal got my money back. PayPal is great for these purchases

Wish I had seen this before I ordered from them. 8 days after I ordered my made in Canada hat is still in Florida. I will try and get the credit card company to reverse the billing

The website (falsely) claims that they were CANADIAN - made, produced, product of, etc. All false. Ships from US (if I even get the goods). I wrote to them to question the shipping origin of USA. They stated that they have warehouses all over the world. Not an answer. Also overcharged. Why would PayPal allow this? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
SCAM
I, like everyone else who has written a review, found out the hard way that this company is a SCAM. I had the exact same experience with the Chinese overcharge and shipping out of U.S. Why can't this be shut down?

Their website claims they manufacture in Canada but this is an American company importing Elbows Up items from China Additionally, the invoice price is not what is charged to your account even though invoice states price in CAD I have reported themTo PayPal and they are opening an investigation and will get this site removed from accepting PayPal and hopefully shut down

Not only are they not Canadian, they charged my cc more than invoice total. Immediately (within seconds) advised them to cancel order. They have ignored and shipped. Shipping details received today state parcel is being shipped from USA! Fake Another company taking advantage of 🇨🇦

I was suddenly charged an extra amount
I was suddenly charged an extra amount. When I tried to call to cancel my order, it was a private individual's number with a recording advising people of this. My credit card company said they can't do anything for 15 days, and then I might (?) get my money back. I just hope my card hasn't been compromised.

Claim to be Canadian, however even a quick look online at their Intellectual Property Claim, it refers to the DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT DMCA and not the Copyright Modernization Act of Canada. Details Details!

They said they are "Clothing 100% Made in Canada. Ethically made, right here" "Responsible Comfort. Made in Canada. All our products are designed & made in Canada (yes, really). We believe in the ethics of fair labour and the quality of Canadian craftsmanship". They are selling all sorts of Canadian Canada clothing protesting the US Tariffs saying it's made 100% in Canada. They boasted about how "ethical" they are and Canadian made but it's bullshit. They sell out of the United states. Don't buy from these dishonest liars.

As others have stated, this outfit is a scammer using false advertising claiming to be Canadian and supplying Canada made products but it's all a lie. They are not Canadian (really not). Products made in China and shipped to Canada from San Diego, USA. Only thing real is they charge via PayPal in Canadian funds. Wish I had checked Trust pilot before I ordered a "Elbows Up" hat. Had to set up an alert notification with my bank if Whiteweby tries to withdraw more funds. Lesson learned

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!! For those looking to buy the Elbows Up or Not a 51st anything, or anything Canadian... watch out for this company Whiteweby.com. Many other sites are showing exact same Merch but under several different "company names". Whiteweby claims to be 100% Canadian owned with their product being 100% Canadian made. My initial receipt looked like it was fine but then later in the day, I received two additional receipts from China in Chinese with tax charges which exceed what Ontario Provincial sales tax would be. I translated the Chinese and looked up the company. TuoYi Trading Ltd is a HongKong Registered Company. Again note... this product is circulating on facebook under many different company titles. I chose Whiteweby because of their claim to be 100% Canadian. With this evidence, I believe this to be false/ fraudulent advertising. I tried to cancel my order and they responded with looking into additional charges. Bank won't accept "refute" process until the charge has gone from pending to posted. So I wait. Posting this for anyone who is thinking of buying Canadian owned and operated merch'. How can we be sure? Does anyone have an answer for me?

Misrepresented themselves as a Canadian company, but headed in Beijing. They also charged me $30 over the bill when it charged through PayPal. I feel totally scammed. Ships from Vancouver US. I’m still waiting for the merch and hoping I don’t end up covering customs fees for items that are reported to be garbage by others who were scammed by them too. Update, we did finally get the merch. It is all very cheap and has no clothing labels. Decals are printed on and don’t look like they’ll withstand the wash.
