i ordered on Saturday morning but the delivery was made on Monday evening. This is food and freshness is of paramount importance.

Hi Wong, apologies that you had a unpleasant experiences on your recent order with us. Let us explain to you how's actually the whole order process works. Once you placed your order in our webstore, our team normally will be dispatch to our courier service partner in 24-48 hours depends on order volumes. Courier service normally takes 1-5 working days to deliver your goods. The BBQ Meat will remains fresh as we have individually vacuum packed it that can lasts for 30days. If you feel that what you had received was not fresh, kindly let us know, we definitely sort the best out for you. As customer is always our priority. Stay safe.

Delivery method is not preferrable

The product itself is ok. However, I can't understand why it will be delivered using DHL and used almost 3-4 days to arrive. I suggest to change a delivery method that can receive the product at least in 1 day as this can keep the food fresh.

Hi Joan, thank you for your feedback. We are looking in to moving to a same day delivery service, just at this moment the costs of such delivery is higher than customers would pay. There is an option for same day delivery at RM20 should you want to use it. We’ve did many tests on our product freshness and there is no noticeable freshness deterioration in a few scenarios that our labs had tested upon. During the process of vacuum sealing our meat, air is removed hence bacteria growth is prevented and freshness is maintained throughout expiry date of 1 month. We had also specified an estimated delivery time frame upon purchasing. Our meats are only bbq-ed, prepared and vacuum sealed upon receiving your order. We ensure every order is fresh as how we are the only dried meat brand that uses fresh meat to produce and not frozen for almost 50 years. We take pride in our quality and will keep improving it. Thank you again for your feedback and this allows us to further improve our delivery services and move to same day delivery.
