Have just received two rubbish bras with no delivery note. Sent an email requesting return address. No reply.Then looked up reviews which are terrible. I should have read these before placing an order. There doesn’t seem any point in pursuing this matter as apparently nobody gets to return their useless products but are offered £3 and a voucher against future purchases!
This is a piece of the worst rubbish imaginable. There is no chance of a refund. PayPal know this and yet they still provide payment to them . It took me six months complaining before I got my money from them.That was two years ago and they are still scamming folk! Disgusting.
Do NOT be fooled by the glossy pictures on the website. This is a substandard product - flimsy materials, ill fitting, offers no support. Worse still, their return procedure is a nightmare Do not buy!
I feel very ashamed of myself that I was taken in by this company - I should've read the reviews! I have had exactly the same experience as most other people on this site. It's totally impossible to return the goods, despite their returns policy. My initial email had a response offering me a voucher, which I declined. I have since sent a further 10 emails with absolutely no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!
