I love them
I love them! The shipping took a little longer than expected, but the shoes are a DREAM - so well made. The color is more like a warm off-white, and the fit is true to size.

Love both of the woodchuck sato tabi that I got. I’m usually shoe size AU 7. Went with the recommended size provided 37 and fit perfect. Took about 3 weeks to arrive.

So horrible experience to get my daughter’s shoes. It’s been a while since I ordered them. I had to contact the customer service robot to finally get an answer on my order. After more than one month, this morning they attempted to deliver. Everybody was home, but it looks nobody heard the ring, and they went away with the shoes again since nobody attended the door. I was awake, and didn’t hear a person at the door…. Now they sent they’ll come back, I’ll receive an email, but when? For this first delivery, nobody notified me by email. I am SO DISSATISFIED!!!

The packaging was beautiful and my Mary janes were absolute perfection. The size chart was accurate, no need to size up or down. I had been sitting on this purchase for a while and I’m glad I finally did it.
Blisters on Heels
I love the shoes and they seem to be made well. But this is my first day wearing them and they are tearing up my heels :( I’m hoping they just need to be broken in. I will be very disappointed if this is how they are long term, as they are very pricey shoes.

Does not ship responsibly
Their weird off-brand delivery service that they use (SpeedX) couldn't figure out how to deliver my package (even though my address is a very public, very notable NYC building with a huge lobby & many employees, address clearly marked on the outside of the building), and while I spent hours trying to communicate with the service, they ended up just throwing my package away. I was in contact with Woodchuck Sato the whole time about the issues as well and they insisted there was nothing they could do. $200 down the drain because they didn't want to just hire a normal delivery service. Please don't shop with them, should anything go awry in the process, even if it's their fault, the company will NOT help.

According to their delivery record and proof of delivery photo, the package was successfully delivered to the address provided. We also shared this documentation with you at the time. Fast and efficient delivery. Was a bit hesitant at first based on the websites design but when we go the shoes they were incredible! Comfy and very high quality overall! Highly recommend instead of buying hyper expensive and uncomfy tabis somewhere else :)
